Return Policy

Xcom Systems, Inc. warranties all new components for (1) year from date of purchase. Warranted components will be replaced with same. All refurbished components are per terms noted at time of purchase. All returns must obtain a Return Authorization number which must be clearly visible on outside of box or it will not be accepted.
